The surrounding terrain may be suitable for the construction of a small lake or pond, with the existing drainage and natural catchment suggesting good potential. These areas also provide natural movement corridors for whitetail deer and other native wildlife.
    The mix of pasture, timber, and water sources creates a strong habitat for a variety of native species. Whitetail deer are commonly seen in the area, along with feral hogs, foxes, raccoons, and various songbirds. The combination of mast-producing hardwoods and edge cover also supports seasonal small game hunting opportunities.
